Head section/socket incl. 0.7 mm fine needle for the tail sections made of steel (product no. W9000) or aluminum (product no. W9001).
Extremely fine yet robust, this needle is ideally suited for ultra-fine preparation. It can be resharpened and withstands the pressure of preparation.

Whether you choose steel or aluminum, with this tool your needle runs very smoothly and without skipping!
It is also possible to use the head section with our W224 pneumatic preparation pen, but this requires a special spring and additional O-rings  (Productno.: W9224).

We recommend using the tail section that comes with the system for perfectly smooth working.
The other front parts/sockets from the series can also be fitted to this.

Please wear suitable safety goggles (e.g. W312) when working with preparation tools!

This customizable system is ideal for fine and ultra-fine preparation. Aluminum tail section for our new airscribe! Suitable for heads 0.7 mm to 2.2 mm. (Product nr.: W9007-W9022)Customize your tool with this set according to your individual requirements.You choose a 'tail section' like this one made of aluminum (or steel W9000 or the slim version W9100) and the head section/socket to go with it. Available needle sizes are 0.7 mm; 1.0 mm; 1.3 mm; 1.6 mm or 2.2 mm.Your new airscribe is ready for work!Alternatively, you can buy a set and swap the heads/sockets as needed.Needles can be resharpened and withstand the pressure during preparation.The airscribe works from 3 to approx. 6 bar.  It is recommended to work with a maximum of 3 bar for fine tips.When working, compressed air is discharged forwards in a cushioned manner and ensures a clean working area. The device is connected to a compressed air network with an adjustable operating pressure of 3 - 6 bar; a compressor or whisper compressor can be used for this purpose (W108).
